A propos of nothing else, there's a radio ad currently on some of the Manchester channels, expounding the delights of a short break in the fine county of Kerry. Yer man narrating would have us believe that the pubs of the Kingdom offer enchantments "in equal measure, of music and crack". I wonder if we are perhaps missing out...?
